Composting helps protect the environment, improves the health of your lawn and garden, and can save you money.

Join us to learn about how compost happens, what materials are compostable, and common troubleshooting techniques. After this class, you will have all the information you’ll need to start making and using compost in your backyard. This program will be presented by Katherine Vazquez, Program Specialist II, Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection, Recycling and Resource Management Division.
