This class is for senior living property managers to book for the seniors who live in their buildings. Gym Guyz will provide group training consists of chair exercise, balance strengthening, balance assessments, full body training, flexibility, walking and gait programming and so much more! They will provide one class per senior living community. Please choose a date that works for your seniors.
