Join us for a presentation on bone health and tips for fall prevention, along with simple exercises focused on strength and balance. You will access your balance with a single-leg stand, learn simple exercises to build into your daily routines to improve strength and balance. You’ll leave with ways to identify fall risks, everyday exercises and a goal for balance improvement.
