Learn how Yoga can help you feel better in mind, body and spirit. This class
will provide instruction on Yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation.
Emphasis will be placed on proper and safe alignment and modifications will be offered to suit your own body and ability. Open to beginners as well as those who have taken prior classes. Dress to move comfortably.Practice will be on mats. Bring your own or use the Centerâ€™s exercise mats.Yoga mats are recommended.
